Playing with the grave
This one is great, granting you direct damage and card advantage:
Sek'kuar, Deathkeeper + Lyzolda, the Blood Witch
Whenever a non-token creature dies you can put into play, free from charges, a 3/1 black and red token creature that can be sacrificed for 2 mana to Lyzolda, triggering both abilities.
If to this you add Grave Pact you have a nice way to clean up your adversaries side of the board.
PS - Yes, graveyard, it had to be me.

Re: Playing with the grave
This is a great combo when it comes to tool creatures, allowing their usage and then bringing them back into play:
Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker with any other power 1 tool creature.
Examples:
Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker + Sakura-Tribe Elder = 2 extra lands per round, 1 on your turn, 1 on your opponent's turn
Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker + Daring Apprentice = 1 free counterspell on each of the opponent's turn
Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker + Pardic Miner = 1 creature to block on your turn and be sacrificed at the beginning of the opponent's turn, not allowing him to play lands the whole game!
Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker + Apprentice Necromancer = recursion of 1 creature every turn

Re: Playing with the grave
The next one is awesome. Specially in a black deck.
Apprentice Necromancer + Karmic Guide = 1 card for free that isn't destroyed at the end of your turn; if playing with a black deck, you'd have to sacrifice Karmic Guide at the beginning of your turn due to the impossibility of paying the echo cost, so this is a win-win condition for you

Re: Playing with the grave
I'm going to make an anti-grave deck, you are just asking for it
and you have the nerve to say counter is anoying, LOL

Re: Playing with the grave
Go for it. You know I play things other than recursion.
And counterspell is annoying. I'm just naming combos, nothing more. Besides, I've posted life a gaining combo.
